Before entering, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions that apply to the use of the online store located at www.naraconcept.gr.
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions conducted through its online store, whenever it deems necessary, and to inform users of any changes through this online store page.

Personal Data Protection
When you visit www.naraconcept.gr in order to place an order, you will be asked for certain personal information, such as your full name, billing address, shipping address, landline phone (or any other phone you prefer), and finally your email address.
A prerequisite for entering into a purchase agreement is that you must be of legal age and legally competent under the law.

If you wish to make a purchase using a credit card, you will also be asked for the card number, expiration date, and the three-digit security code. This data is processed by the company in accordance with Law 7A paragraph 1(b) N2472/97, with the purpose of fulfilling the customer’s order. This data will not be disclosed, published, or sold to third parties in any way, unless procedures under the law regarding the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) are initiated or any obligations arising from national implementation of Directive 24/2006 apply.

Credit card information is not stored on the company’s servers during the transaction but is handled in a secure environment by the collaborating company (EDPS), thus ensuring an even higher level of security.

NARACAMICIE HELLAS, recognizing the importance of secure transactions and the protection of your personal data, has taken all necessary measures to ensure the highest possible level of security.

The security of the online store is ensured through a 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layers) certificate, which guarantees the secure exchange of data between both parties — the website and the user's browser.
Confidentiality is considered a given. The same fundamental principles that govern commercial transactions in physical stores apply to e-commerce as well. All information transmitted by the user is confidential, and NARACAMICIEHELLAS has taken all necessary measures to ensure it is used only to the extent deemed necessary for the provision of services.

Only authorized personnel have access to your transaction information and only when necessary — e.g., to process your requests. NARACAMICIEHELLAS does not disclose customer and transaction information unless it has written authorization from you or it is required by a court order or another public authority decision. None of your information is used by third parties, and transaction confidentiality is maintained.
For your own safety, you should also treat all information provided through this service as confidential and avoid disclosing it to any third party. In any case, NARACAMICIEHELLAS’ online store does not publicize or disclose your personal data.

The Company is committed to the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the information provided on the website www.naraconcept.gr, both with respect to the essential characteristics of the products described for each case and to the accuracy of the services provided through the online store. This is without prejudice to any technical or typographical errors that may have escaped attention, occurred unintentionally, or are due to website downtime for reasons of force majeure.

Limitation of Liability
The Company offers the products of the online store in accordance with the present terms of use and the applicable law. It cannot guarantee the availability of products but undertakes to inform customers in a timely manner in the event of their unavailability.
The Company bears no responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties related to products, services, or information available through this website. Finally, the online store bears no responsibility for any technical issues that may occur to users during access to the website.

Intellectual Property Rights
This website is the official online store of NARACAMICIEHELLAS. All content of the website, including images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, and products, is the property of the Company and is protected under the relevant provisions of Greek and European law and international conventions.

User Responsibility
The visitor is required to use the online store in accordance with the law and good morals and must not perform any actions that could cause technical damage to the site or the Company's website.

Product Orders and Consumer Protection
Placing an order through the online store constitutes a distance sales contract, which is governed by the provisions of Article 4 of Law 2251/1994 (Consumer Protection), as amended and currently in force.
You have the right to enter into a distance sales contract provided you are legally competent in accordance with the relevant articles of the Greek Civil Code and, in particular, if you are at least 18 years of age.

Placing an Order through the E–SHOP

The ordering process in our online store is easy and secure. Once you have selected the product(s) of your choice by adding them to the shopping cart (by clicking on the corresponding button), you will see the shopping cart displayed in a summarized form at the top right of your screen, and it will be continuously updated. Once you have completed your shopping, click on the “Shopping Cart” button and then follow these steps:

Purchase by creating an account: In this case, you will be informed of the status of your current order and be able to track your previous orders. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, email, phone number, address, city, postal code, country, and region (Note: fields marked with * are mandatory). To complete a purchase with account creation, you must also enter a personal password, which together with your email will give you access to your personal information.

Purchase as a guest: In this case, you will be asked for your first and last name, email, phone number, address, city, postal code, country, and region.

Payment Methods

1. Cash on Delivery, without additional cost at your location. In this case, the customer is required to pay in cash only for the value of the product. The cash on delivery fee will be covered by our company.
2. Credit Card Payment: In this case, the customer must show their ID and the credit card used for the purchase upon delivery. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners, and American Express. To encrypt your data, we use the modern Secure Socket Layer (SSL) method.
3. PayPal: By selecting PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure website where you can log in to your account and complete the transaction.
4. Bank Deposit to one of the following accounts, under the name NARA CAMICIE HELLAS S.A.:

Once you choose to pay via bank deposit and complete your order, deposit the amount to one of the above accounts and send us the bank payment receipt by email at sales@naraconcept.gr, stating your full name and order number.

If you're unable to send the receipt, please email us with the date of deposit, your order number, full name, and a contact phone number. Once we receive confirmation, we will proceed with shipping. If the deposit is not made within 2 working days, the order will be canceled.

Order Confirmation

Once all steps are completed, your order will be confirmed by the system, and you will automatically receive a confirmation email. During order processing, you may receive further emails about its progress.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order and request a refund without needing to place a new order and without giving any reason.
The merchant must refund the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, the refund may be delayed until the products are received or proof of return is provided.
The refunded amount must also include any shipping costs paid by the consumer for the original purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without any charge using the free return service (courier pickup and return to the company). The item to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

You may contact customer service at +30 210-9888625 or email sales@naraconcept.gr if you wish to place an exchange order, so you don’t lose the new item you’re interested in.

If you wish to exchange an item for a second time, there is a €3.50 charge for the new shipment.

If the new item is of higher value, you pay the difference via cash on delivery or bank transfer. If it is of lesser value, the difference can remain as store credit for future purchases.

Exchanges can also be made at our physical store in Kolonaki, at 13 Kanari Street, tel. 210-3639842, within 14 days (excluding Saturdays), and provided you bring the receipt or exchange card (in the case of gifts).
Money refunds or credit notes are not issued at the physical store for purchases made online.

If you received the wrong or significantly different product than ordered, the return costs will be covered by our company.

Likewise, if a product defect is found despite our quality control, the return costs will be covered by our company.

Order Cancellation

Before completing the order and during the online process, you can go back and remove items from the shopping cart.
If the order has been submitted and you haven’t been notified of its shipment yet, you may call +30 210-9888625 and a representative will cancel the order for you.

Product Delivery Locations and Shipping Costs

http://www.naraconcept.gr delivers to all of Greece and Cyprus.

• Within Greece: Delivery is via Geniki Taxydromiki courier, to the address provided, and takes 1 to 10 days depending on stock availability.
• Shipping cost is €3.50 for purchases up to €99.99.
• Free shipping for purchases over €100.
• To Cyprus: Delivery is also via Geniki Taxydromiki to the provided address, taking 1 to 10 days.
• Shipping and packaging cost is €15.
• A tracking barcode will be provided, and tracking is available via www.taxydromiki.gr/track.

Courier deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. The above timeframe may be affected by weather, strikes, or force majeure events. If you experience an unjustified delay, please call +30 210-9888625 or email sales@naraconcept.gr.

Product Prices

All prices listed on the website include VAT and are final.
www.naraconcept.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However, the customer agrees to pay the price shown at the time of order placement.

Our pricing policy is consistent across all NARACAMICIEHELLAS stores. However, some product prices may differ between the online and physical store due to promotional campaigns. These promotions apply only to online purchases and home deliveries.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Greek Law, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Athens.
