Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, free of charge, using the free return package service (you will both receive and return the product via the courier company). The product to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

You can contact our customer service department at +30 210-9888625 or send an email to sales@naraconcept.gr if you would like to place an exchange order, so as not to miss the new item you are interested in.

If you wish to exchange an item for a second time, you will be charged €3.50 for the new shipment.

If the new item is of higher value than the one returned, you will pay the difference via cash on delivery or bank deposit. If the new item is of lower value, the difference can be credited to your account and used in a future purchase.

Exchanges can also be made at our physical store:
Kolonaki, Kanari 13 | Tel: +30 210-3639842 within 14 days, excluding Saturdays, and provided you have the purchase receipt or a gift exchange card.

Please note that refunds or credit notes cannot be issued at the physical store for purchases made online.

In cases where you have received products that are proven to be different from what you ordered or substantially incorrect, return shipping costs are fully covered by our company.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of their order and request a refund without being required to place a new order or provide justification for the return.

The seller must return the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, the refund may be delayed until the products or proof of return are received.

The refund must also include any shipping costs paid by the consumer during the original purchase.

Order Cancellation
Before completing the order and during the online checkout process, you can cancel or remove items from your shopping cart.

If you have already completed the online order and have not yet received notification that your order has been shipped, you can call us at +30 210-9888625 and one of our associates will cancel your order for you.
