Delivery Locations and Shipping Costs

The website www.naraconcept.gr delivers its products throughout Greece and Cyprus.

• For deliveries within Greece: Products are delivered to the address you provided via the courier company Geniki Taxydromiki, which our company collaborates with. The estimated delivery time ranges from 1 to 10 days from the date of your order (shipping time depends on product availability in our warehouse). In this case, the shipping cost is €3.50 for purchases up to €99.99, and free for purchases over €100.00.

• For deliveries to Cyprus: Products are delivered to the address you provided via Geniki Taxydromiki. The estimated delivery time ranges from 1 to 10 days from the order date (subject to warehouse availability). Each shipment is accompanied by a barcode label which will be available to you, and you can track your shipment through the website www.taxydromiki.gr/track In this case, the shipping and packaging cost is €15.00.

In all cases, the courier company delivers Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding public holidays. The aforementioned time frame does not apply during periods of extreme weather, strikes, or force majeure events that may affect delivery times.
